47

days

This is how the app counts. The date stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

A full-screen countdown for “Summer in Bali”: 47 days over a blurred photo of the Nusa Penida coast, with a live days, hours, minutes and seconds ticker.
The countdown list, each trip in its own design: Tokyo city break on a departure board, Summer in Bali as a photo card, Ski week in Zermatt as a train ticket and Honeymoon in Santorini as a postcard.

Count down to anything

Every trip, one glance.

  • Days, weeks or months until departure, and “Today!” on the big day
  • Import a trip straight from your calendar
  • Search a destination and get a real photo of the place, automatically
  • Each trip keeps its own design, right in the list
The designs: a full-bleed photo card for Aruba, a split-flap departure board and an airmail postcard.

11 travel designs

Boarding pass, postcard, departure board.

  • Departure board with split-flap digits
  • Postcards with stamp and postmark: classic, snapshot or photo stamp
  • Boarding passes: paper ticket or wallet pass
  • Polaroid memory, passport stamp, train ticket and flight path
  • Current aesthetic: a full-bleed photo of your destination
The design step of the creator: the Summer in Bali card at full size above a row of design thumbnails to swipe through.

Pick a design

See your own trip in every design.

The creator walks you through it: where, what to call it, when, then the design. Swipe through all eleven with your trip already in them, or start from a template and change anything afterwards.

An iPhone Home Screen with three Vacation Countdown widgets in their designs: a photo card for Bali, a train ticket for Zermatt and a departure board for Tokyo.

Keep the trip close

Right on your Home Screen.

  • Small and medium widgets in the design you chose
  • Choose which trip each widget shows
  • Optional reminders a week before, the day before and the morning of departure
The photo step: the destination photo, Import from Photos and No photo, above two photos of Bali to choose from.

Make it yours

Your destination, your photo.

  • A real photo of where you’re going, a picture from your library, or a color gradient
  • A full-screen countdown with a live hours, minutes and seconds ticker
  • Photo, blurred, styled or plain backdrops, plus accent colors and dark mode

Private by design.
